New York City here we w come. This was truly an event of a lifetime. Going into the NYC harbor was thrilling. We went right past the watchfull eye of the Statue of Liberty, that was so cool.

We were at the 79th Street Marina, on the Hudson River, the Riverside walk and bike path was just outside our door. We rode our bikes everywhere we could, all the way to Rob's place in the lower east side one day. What an experience that was. From this marina we could walk to the museums, Central Park, the theater district, it was very easy for us to get around.

Rob had some of his friends over for a drink one beautiful night, so we all gathered on the flybridge and enjoyed the NYC skyline. He has wonderful friends, we so enjoyed meeting them.

One of Bob's high school buddies, Dave "Monk" Delano, lives close by so he came over one evening, we were hoping he would be able to travel with us a bit, but this was not a good time for him. We love having people join us on our Lucky Star.

Mike flew in for a few days, so we just had a ball with both boys touring Manhatten. Rob really knows his way around this city, so we got to enjoy some of the less tourist areas. We even went to the "best" pizza place in Brooklyn.

We spent seven wonderful days, saw so many sights, very neat to live in Manhatten, even if it is on a boat. We had a location worth millions.
