We entered Georgian Bay on the 10th at Honey Harbour, Ontario. Had a nice dinner with Joyce and Hugh on their last night. Saturday morning we dropped them off on the dock, they had to catch a taxi and bus to get back to Toronto, to fly home. We will miss them and their help.
This is a marker on one of the rocks (islands) that we use to navigate many of the 30,000 islands of Georgian Bay.
One of the many cottages, some a
ll alone on an island.
Bob took me on a sea plane ride for my birthday, what a trip!We flew over the Parry Sound area of Georgian Bay, we could then see some of the channel that we had traveled to get here. Very beautiful and unique part of the country.

This is a view of the Marina at Parry Sound where we are docked.
We left Parry Sound this morning after catching the weather report. High winds are due in this area this week. We made a run for the Byng Inlet town of Britt.
This area of Georgian Bay is full of cottages and very small towns
to service them. We had a nice dinner with some fellow loopers, always interesting to meet and hear all the different boating stories. Now to wait and see what tomorrow brings, Killarney, or more of Britt.
